A really safe environment to take your little ones. They are easily spotted from everywhere so makes for a calm session. Staff are so lovely and couldn’t be friendlier if they tried! Love it there!

Went here for the first time with my nephew. It was a bright and spacious place with lots to do. He really enjoyed it and the staff were very friendly!

We had our daughter’s 2nd birthday at Rascals and couldn’t be happier with how it went. Rachel and team were absolutely superb. So much so, our friends want to book birthday parties with them too. We also pre-ordered food for the adults and additional food for the children. Everything was very delicious and freshly prepared there and then. Highly recommended!

Such a wonderful venue my son had a lovely party everything was perfect. Staff 10/10 made it all so smooth and fun. Place soft play was so clean and decorated so nicely.

First time here today with my 10 month old and it was fun! It was less busy in the afternoon which was great for us. Clean and great customer service – thanks for a great time! Will definitely be back.

Went for a birthday party… My son played freely… Clean and bright… Lots to play with and refreshments and seating plentiful…small enough to relax but still keep an eye on your child..

It is a really lovely and relaxed secure space for children to play and have fun.
Food was good and brought out with no much wait, staff is super helpful.
There is a bouncy castle, slide ( big and small), soft play area, a bit of outside area too. Close by there is a park with climbing frame and paddling pool. Parking is free, which is always a bonus and price is good.

With the abundant number of nieces and nephews I have I've happily visited quite a few soft plays in my time.
This space is really wonderful with a great, friendly staff team. There's a huge array of toys, settings and activities for a wide age range including a bouncy castle which I highly enjoyed.
The cafe provides a really nice range of drinks, snacks and meals which don't break the bank like some places I have been to.
Above all the place, furnishings and toys are super clean and maintained.
Highly recommend!

Brought my kids here today and it was awesome! Very friendly staff at the entrance and the food we ordered came out fast and hot. Coffee was great and the toilets easy to access and very clean.

Lots of fun and games
We happened upon this playground while visiting. I must say it is one of the best playgrounds we have visited. The area is very well kept, it was busy on the day we visited but there was still plenty to keep occupied.

We came to Rascals as we had an hour to kill whilst in the area.
My children (3yo and 1yo) both loved it, it was a good mix of toys and play equipment, and they especially loved the bouncy castle!
It was the cleanest soft play I’ve ever been to, the staff were attentive to any mess in the cafe area.
The food was very reasonably priced.
We parked in the NCP and had downloaded the app in advance so it only cost £1 for 90mins using their code from the website.
After we left, my daughter said “I want to go there every day”, so a great review from a 3 year old!
