Frequently asked questions

Can I arrive early?

Due to cleaning between parties, we can't let anyone in before the start time of your party. We'll come out to get you when we're ready.

Can I bring extra guests?

Guests must be registered one week before the party, and only guests on your list can enter. The number of children and adults can't go over your package limit. Extra adult tickets can be bought in advance if needed (maximum 25 adults for the Classic party).

Can we wear shoes?

No. Children and adults must remove all footwear, and shoes aren't allowed on the equipment. Socks can be bought on site for £1.

Can I invite older children?

The equipment is for children aged 5 and under, so we can't accommodate children over 6. Older siblings or cousins of the birthday child are welcome as long as they don't use the equipment, and they count towards your number of children.

Is the children's food included?

Yes. Every child gets a free party food bag with 7 items (sausages, breadsticks, cheese, raisins, Pom-Bears, party rings and juice). You can upgrade to vegetarian or allergen-free for £3 per child.

When do the children sit down to eat?

For the 90-minute party, children have 60 minutes in the play area, then 30 minutes in the café to sing happy birthday, eat and say goodbye. The 180-minute party has 120 minutes of play and 45 minutes for food and cake.

Can I bring a birthday cake?

Yes. Bring your cake to sing happy birthday, and our staff will cut and wrap it to go in the party bags.

Can I bring party bags?

Yes, or we can supply them with 7 mini gifts for £3 per child.

Can I bring decorations?

We decorate the party table area. You're welcome to bring balloons on the day. For anything else, please call us to ask.

Can I bring my own food or drink?

No, but you can order party platters (see Extras above). Adult food and drinks can be bought on the day, and you can run a tab. Only food and drink bought on site can be eaten on the premises.

Is the café open?

The café is open for snacks and drinks but not the full menu, so please pre-order if you'd like your adult guests to eat on the day.

Can I cancel the booking?

If you cancel, the payment is forfeited. We can rebook, postpone or change your slot up to 4 weeks before the booking.

Where can I park?

There's a basement car park. Please download and use the NCP parking app. More parking is available at the Ashley Centre, Depot Road car park and Upper High Street car park.

What time do we have to leave?

All guests must leave by the end time of the booking. Staff will let you know 5 minutes before the end of the party so you can get ready to go.
