Frequently asked questions (FAQs)

• Can I arrive early? Due to cleaning measures we cannot allow entrance until the start time of your party. We will come out to get you when ready.
• Can I bring extra guests? Guests must be registered one week before the party. Only guests on your submitted list may enter the premises. Number of children attending cannot be exceeded. Maximum 20 children including babies and siblings. Number of adults attending cannot be exceeded. Package includes up to 20 adults. Additional adult tickets can be purchased in advance if required (capacity maximum 25 adults)
• Can I wear shoes? All footwear must be removed children and adults and is not permitted on the equipment. Guest can purchase socks for £1 on site.
• Can I invite older children? equipment is to be used by children 5 years and under. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any children over 6 years but older siblings/cousins of the hirers child are welcome on the understanding they do not use the equipment (these must be included within your number of 20 children).
• Is the children’s food included? Children receive a free party food bag with x7 items of party food (sausages, bread sticks, cheese, raisens, pombears, party rings and juice). This is free and included with your booking. You can upgrade to vegetarian or allergen free if required at £3 per child (see order form)
• When do the children sit down to eat? The session is 90 minutes so 60 minutes in the play area and then 30 minutes in the café to sing happy birthday, eat and then say goodbyes etc.
• Can I bring in a birthday cake? Birthday cake may be brought in to sing happy birthday. Staff will then cut and wrap the cake to go in party bags to go home with guests.
• Can I bring party bags? Yes or we can supply them with 7 mini gifts at £3 per child.
• Can I bring decorations? We decorate the party table area. You may bring in balloons on the day. If you have other decorating requirements please call to ask.
• Can I bring my own food or drink? No, However Party platters may be ordered, see order form below. Adult food and drinks can be purchased. You can run a tab at the bar. Only food and drink purchased on site can be consumed on the premises.
• Is the café open? The café is open for snacks and drinks but not the full menu so please preorder if you wish your adults to eat on the day.
• Can I cancel the booking? Cancellation of booking will result in the payment being forfeited. We can rebook, postpone or change the slot up to 4 weeks in advance of the booking.
• Can I park? There is a basement car park. Please download and use the NCP parking app. Additional parking is available in Ashley Centre, Depot Road Car Park and Upper High Street Car Park
• What time do we have to leave? Due to time restrictions all guests must have left by the end time of the booking. Staff will let you know 5 minutes before the end of the party, to signal time to get ready to exit. Please leave promptly.
